Bit smaller than I thought from the listing, but that ended up being fine for daily wear. The .925 silver feels solid and the cross sits flat against my chest.

This pendant has that chunky Babyfat Cross shape I wanted and the diamonds give it a subtle glint. Chain not included but it slid onto my own with no problem.

Compared a couple size labels and medium hangs at a good length for me. Silver has a clean shine and the dagger points read edgy without being too much.
