Jewelry Jack does one look: Chrome Hearts. Crosses, daggers, floral scrollwork, hand-dyed hoodies and heavy silver-tone hardware — around 660 live pieces and effectively all of them are Chrome Hearts-inspired. If you came for that aesthetic and not for a general dupe store, this is the right shelf.

What is actually on the site

Apparel is the biggest run — around 120 hoodies and sweatshirts, 60 tees, jeans, shirts, shorts, sweatpants and skirts — and the jewellery sits right behind it: about 60 pairs of earrings, 55 bracelets, 50 rings, 30 necklaces and 30 pendants, plus chokers and charms. Then eyewear (roughly 40 optical frames and a smaller run of sunglasses), around 55 hats and beanies, and a handful of bags and accessories.

Prices run from about US$99 to just under US$700, and most of the catalogue sits between US$149 and US$249. There is no premium tier hiding behind a message request — the price you see is the price.

Materials: the listing says it, or we do not

About forty of our jewellery listings state .925 sterling silver in the product description, and where that is on the record it is on the page. Where a listing does not name a metal, we leave it unnamed rather than guess, and we do not call stones diamonds or precious gems unless the record does.

This is the corner of the category where the tall tales live: solid silver throughout, handmade in the US, limited edition, a collaboration drop. We are not going to tell you any of that. It is a dupe, made to look right and priced accordingly.

Getting it to you

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and ship from our warehouse in China. Standard delivery is free worldwide to 246 countries, typically 10–20 days from dispatch; express is a flat US$30, typically 5–10 days. Tracking is emailed at dispatch and usually goes live 24–48 hours later, so a quiet link on day one is normal rather than a problem.

Parcels ship Delivery Duty Paid: import taxes and customs duties are already inside the checkout price, and nothing should be asked of you on delivery. If a courier does ask, tell us and we will deal with it.

Paying, and what happens if it goes wrong

Card payments are handled at checkout by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details, prices are shown in your own currency rather than converted at the end, and the checkout total is the final total.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, we reship it free or refund it in full — your choice. Returns run on a 30-day window from delivery, for items in the condition they arrived in, with approved refunds back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Someone actually answers

Grace handles our messages, on WhatsApp or by email at support@jewelryjack.com — both are on the contact page. Before you order, after you order, or when something needs fixing: same person, same channel, reply within 24 hours on business days. For an existing order, quote the number from your confirmation email; it starts with JEJ.

Sizing is the thing to ask about first. Ring sizes, how a hoodie is cut, whether a chain length sits where you want it — send us the link and the question before you check out, and photos if that is easier.

Real talk about what you are buying

Against the authentic piece, which costs many times more, there will be differences — and we are not going to quote you a percentage, because we have no number we could honestly defend. Pretending there is no gap would only move the disappointment to the day the box opens.

What we can do is keep the page honest: the photograph is the piece, the material is only stated when the record states it, and unknowns are left blank rather than invented. Buy it as a well-made piece with the look you wanted at US$200, and that is what turns up.

Two questions we get constantly

"Are you a scam?"

It is a reasonable thing to ask and we would rather you asked than assumed. Do the checking you would do on any online store you had not used: read what buyers say where we cannot moderate it, ask us something specific and see whether the answer holds up, and order one piece before you order a stack.

"Why did it take a while to reply?"

We are on China time and our customers are spread across the world, so a message sent while we are asleep gets answered in our morning. It always comes. If it has been more than a day, send it again — that means it broke on our end, not yours.
